Information used for your booking

PayParkFly collects the name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, parking facility, travel dates and times you enter. We also keep booking status, supplier confirmation details, payment references, your acceptance of booking terms, and operational records needed to investigate errors or disputes.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to check availability, arrange and manage parking, process payments, deliver confirmations, respond to support requests and protect the service against misuse.

Our service providers include Stripe for payments, Railway for hosting and data storage, Skyvern for the booking browser workflow, Resend for confirmation emails, and AirportParkingReservations.com and the parking facility for fulfillment. They receive the information needed to provide their part of the service. Supplier confirmations are received in a PayParkFly-managed mailbox through Google’s Gmail service, so we can verify your reservation and deliver check-in details.

Card details are entered directly on Stripe’s hosted checkout. PayParkFly’s application does not store your full card number or security code. We retain payment identifiers and status so we can reconcile your booking.

Cookies and private links

Essential, secure cookies associate this browser with its search and allow access to your booking. A private confirmation link also grants access to booking details. Anyone with that link may be able to view the booking, so do not share it publicly.

Retention and requests

We retain booking, payment and operational records as needed to fulfill reservations, handle support and disputes, maintain security and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for ongoing bookings or legal obligations.

Email info@payparkfly.com for privacy requests. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes. This policy applies to PayParkFly’s booking service; third-party services have their own privacy notices.
