Booking terms and cancellations

Your reservation

PayParkFly arranges parking with independent parking providers. We do not operate the parking facility. You must provide accurate traveler details, dates and times, and be authorized to use the payment method.

A quote or card authorization is not a confirmed parking reservation. Your booking is confirmed only after the supplier confirms the reservation and your payment is captured. Check the status on your private booking page before traveling.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The displayed total includes the supplier’s quoted parking charges, mandatory taxes and fees, and a PayParkFly service fee equal to 20% of the supplier total, rounded to the nearest cent. The total is shown before payment.

We authorize your card at checkout and capture the quoted amount after supplier confirmation. We will not automatically accept a higher price or substitute different dates or parking. When we verify that no reservation was purchased, we release an uncaptured authorization. Your bank determines when a released hold disappears.

Overstays, changes to your itinerary, oversized vehicles, optional extras and charges arising at the facility are outside the quoted stay and may cost extra.

Cancellations and changes

Contact info@payparkfly.com with your PayParkFly reference and requested change as early as possible, before scheduled arrival. A request alone does not cancel your reservation. Wait for written confirmation. Date changes may require cancellation and a new reservation at the current price.

Supplier eligibility and nonrefundable fees apply. Supplier booking fees may be retained after the first 24 hours, and cancellation is unavailable after scheduled arrival. Nonrefundable rates cannot be refunded. Read the cancellation terms on your confirmation and the supplier’s cancellation guidance.

If the supplier approves cancellation, we explain the refund amount, including any retained supplier charges, before processing your refund to the original payment method. Contact us if your booking fails or you believe a charge is incorrect.

At the facility

Bring your confirmed reservation and check-in barcode. Allow enough time for parking, the shuttle and airport procedures. Follow the facility’s arrival instructions and parking rules. Parking and shuttle services are provided by the facility; contact the facility using the details on your confirmation for help on arrival.

Email info@payparkfly.com. Keep your booking link private and never email card numbers or security codes. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
